Our training is based on the philosophy that mastering the fundamentals is the key to success for technicians, through "hand-off" training. We focus on developing a deep understanding of core HVAC concepts, which ensures that contractors are well-prepared for real-world situations. Hands-on training is typically done in a lab or on-the-job (OTJ), complementing the foundational knowledge learned during our courses. This approach allows contractors to apply their skills confidently in any environment.

We emphasize the fundamentals, as they remain consistent whether working on residential or commercial systems.

Hands-on training doesn’t just mean working on equipment. We apply the VARK learning model—Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, and Kinesthetic—to our training approach. Our desktop simulator, for example, requires the use of an electrical meter, but the interaction with the computer still provides a valuable hands-on experience that engages multiple learning styles. This ensures a comprehensive learning experience tailored to how technicians best absorb information.

Our training is not component-based. Since we focus on the fundamentals of introducing HVAC theory and core concepts, our approach is not reliant on the latest industry technologies. This ensures that technicians gain a solid foundation that applies across all systems, regardless of technological advancements.
